This step aerobics class consists of choreographed step patterns. You’ll challenge your mind and body as you burn calories. The intensity of your workout will be determined by the speed, travel, and execution of your movements. We recommend this class for anyone who has at least some group class experience.
This high-energy, fat-burning workout incorporates traditional high and low impact moves with athletic aerobic movements. In this format, you’ll experience the feeling of a great workout while working up a great sweat. Don’t forget your towel!
A workout designed to develop core strength and coordination, the focus of this Pilates class will be on traditional Pilates movement patterns, the use of breath and correct alignment.
Participants will enjoy improvement in posture and overall toning. Fitness and Pilates unite in this contemporary toning gym workout. Group exercise classes are comprised of exercises based on traditional dance and Pilates movements.
No guts, no glory in this total body workout! This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness. You’ll move around the room to a number of different stations – each designed for a specific exercise. Check “lazy” at the door when you step into this workout. Boot Camp works you head to toe so you’ll be ready for anything life brings.
Develop style, rhythm and learn to dance on correct timing. Students will be taught how to properly stylize every inch of their movements from head to toe. Various solo footwork combinations are taught in order to improve form and coordination. Most importantly, this will and train your ears to “hear” salsa music.

The perfect choice for those who prefer to learn at their own pace. Receive personalized feedback and encouragement specific to your needs. Private salsa lessons will ensure you learn timing, form, and proper technique from the onset. Those receiving private instruction generally develop competence on the dance floor twice as fast. Each session includes complimentary admission to a group class.
Have fun learning dance forms inspired by the Bollywood Indian film industry. The class includes traditional Indian folk dance steps mixed with other dance styles.

The Zoomba program fuses Latin dance rhythms with easy to follow dance moves. The result of this fusion is a fun workout that feels more like a night out dancing than a “work” out in your health club.
